If I were you, I would withdraw your self-nomination, it is very difficult to become an administrator, especially as a relatively new user (see Administrator standards for a general idea). The standards many people expect of potential admins are very high, usually several months of service with well over 1000 edits as a minimum. I would strongly suggest fulfilling these standards before running again in order to give yourself a fighting chance of being promoted.
