The reference I added may not meet Wiki criteria as a reliable source (I'm only a full-time TEFL teacher with 20 years' experience teaching in three countries), but my edit adds balance to the un-referenced claims that short TEFL courses are useful rather than fraudulent. The requirement to be neutral does not override the requirement that all information be verified by reliable sources. Personal experience, unfortunately, does not count as a reliable source. If you can find a newspaper article, academic journal article, or other similar reliable source that states that these course don't provide useful skills/certification, then you could definitely add the info. I left in part of what you wrote at Teaching abroad, although I added some maintenance templates to it. The part I left is vaguely okay, although it does seem a little POV to me without sources.
