User has been blocked as a sockpuppet. I'll say what I was going to say anyway, for others who might stumble across this: The guidance at Wikipedia:Mass message senders#Audience should be respected. Anyone listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject India/Members for instance can freely be contacted, since they are explicit members of WikiProject India.
