Set before 2002?

@Kelvin 101: Someone added a synopsis of this to Frank Butcher's storylines and I moved the order of it as we have it down as being set before he went to Spain. However, that person wrote in an edit summary that they had just watched it and apparently Frank mentions the 2002 events. We have it referenced to a South Wales Echo article hosted on HighBeam, which clearly states "a spin off programme set before he faked his demise in Spain". @Kelvin 101: The draft says it was set before he faked his death in Spain because that's what a source you found says, but someone edited Frank Butcher saying it was set after then because he refers to it in the episode.
