Hi Kidd Loris, I deleted Holy James because there was nothing on the page to show how the artist met the music notability guidlines meaning it was eligable for speedy deletion. You need to include reliable sources to show how she is notable. Hope that explains things and let me know if you have any questions. I'm more than happy to restore the page and put it in your userspace if that would help Ryanpostlethwaite contribs/talk 12:24, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,

I reverted your edit to the Jehovah's Witnesses article as being too bold. When making a substantive change to an article, especially if the edit might be controversial, it is a good idea to propose the edit on the Talk Page first. Or, failing that, at least explain the rationale for your edit on the Talk Page after the fact. I looked at the text you removed and the text you inserted in its place and I can see arguments for both versions although I think I like the previous version better. In any event, it would be a good idea to develop a consensus on the Talk Page first before making such an edit.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my Talk Page.

I did not see a need to explain the rationale for my edit because I thought its value was self-evident. If you assert that the sentence fragment I added is not true, please let me know why. I did not delete a large section of text as your revert summary suggests; I split one paragraph into two to enhance readability.--Kidd Loris 14:09, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Touché. I was reading the diff too hastily late at night and came to the wrong conclusion. I have restored your edit. Please accept my apologies. --Richard 16:40, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use disputed for Image:Marvelage54bills.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Marvelage54bills.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:53, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Mtio72capuniverse.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Mtio72capuniverse.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:01, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
