Mediation

[edit]

Hello. I have agreed to serve as mediator in the dispute on List of Heroes graphic novels. To proceed with the mediation, simply go to Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/List of Heroes graphic novels and sign on at the very bottom. I also reccomend adding that page to your watchlist. Dukes of Hazzard

[edit]

Thanks for the spelling corrections. How those slipped by us I don't know, but thanks for catching them. Wavy G 08:06, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome. I just happened to be reading the article and noticed them, so, well, I fixed 'em. Firefox's spelling checker is good for something sometimes. :) LowKarmaError 14:08, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Response to Mediation comment.

"I had some other comments I was going to make, but I don't see as they will be helpful here" If more editors (myself included) thought like this, wikipedia would be a friendlier, more smoothly run place. WookMuff 04:57, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt" WookMuff 06:20, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That too. :) LowKarmaError 17:05, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oxford Development COI

[edit]

Please help me keep an eye on Oxford Development where there is an obvious wp:COI editor, who has been reverted. I put a COI problem welcome on the user talk page, but perhaps there is more to the situation than I have seen. --DThomsen8 (talk) 13:24, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
