I removed your edit to the sockpuppet report, because the investigation has long since been closed and archived. For the record, your statement was this:

I am robertp6165. My name is Robert Perkins and I am a historian of the Civil War as it transpired in Arizona. I am not a sockpuppet of AZ8196, Az81964444, or anyone else. I do not log onto Wikipedia very often, and did not realize my user id was under investigation until today. I created my account to contribute source citations and other relevant material to article regarding the First Battle of Dragoon Springs. I have not and will not ever create a sockpuppet account. I doubt I'd ever need to, since I haven't, and won't do anything to get myself banned here. So if my account can be removed from the list of accounts being investigated, I would be grateful.
