It's very concise and I think adds important information that the original article has left out.
2. What changes would you suggest overall?
It looks like there are a few sections that haven't been started.
3. What is the most important thing that the author could do to improve his/her contribution?
It seems like remote patient monitoring is largely beneficial, and maybe the original article arealy mentions this, but he could add how RPM could potentially be disruptive to quality care (if at all).
4. Did you glean anything from your classmate's work that could be applicable to your own? If so, let him/her know!
I think the clarity and conciseness is something I could incorporate more into my article.
