However, before you do anything else, please go to WP:CHU/Simple to request a change of your username. Companies and other organizations are not permitted to have Wikipedia accounts. Anonymous roles such as "RealNetworks Marketing" also aren't permitted to have accounts. Only individual people can have accounts here.

Please request to change your username to something that represents only you as an individual. If you want to retain a connection with your employer, you may request a name like "Joan Smith at RealNetworks" to indicate the association while making it clear that this account belongs to you and nobody else.

I also responded to your recent comment on Talk:RealNetworks. When you comment on a talk page, please "sign" your comment by appending four tildes to the end of it like this: ~~~~ Then when you hit "Save" the four tildes will be translated into your username and date with appropriate links. Yes. You are aware that a user account must not be shared? RNCOMM looks like the name of a role, not a person. If others in your organization need to edit, they need to create their own accounts. Just be aware that shared accounts are blocked on sight. This is required due to the licensing for Wikipedia content, which assumes attribution of content to an actual person. ~Amatulić (talk) 23:18, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
