If you think the external link is a personal attack, leave it alone for the time being and take it to the Arbitration Committee like you said you were going to. Instead, you're inventing new sockpuppets each time and reverting endlessly. When people see that behavior they naturally block and revert. All you accomplish is making people assume that you're in the wrong (and drawing attention to the external link in the process and getting more people to visit it out of curiosity). We don't like to see the pages of Wikipedia used to carry out personal feuds and revert wars. If arbitration is too slow, you might want to try mediation.
