There is a section in the DRN template for each party that says "Summary of dispute by" Name. Each section is to be filled out by that editor. That space is not intended for the filing party to fill in complaints about the other parties. You inserted complaints about the other editors. This is disruptive. If you do not know enough English to be able to follow the instructions, then you should not be filing a dispute resolution request. If you do know English, then you should follow the instructions.
