Doesn't wgUserName need to be encoded using encodeURIComponent()? Lupo 10:06, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that's a good point. For some reason, I had thought about that and decided it didn't need it, under the assumption that the browser would take care of that automatically. But of course it wouldn't, because how would it know? I've made that change, thanks. Writ Keeper 14:41, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think in the title attribute you still need to take care of user names containing double quotes. At the very least, replace " by ". Not sure off-hand if other XML special chars like <, >, and & also would need replacing. Lupo 14:54, 12 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You're killing me, Smalls. That should do it. Writ Keeper 03:24, 13 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orange Bar for Other Pages[edit]

Is there a way where I can activate this OBOD for my public account's talk page as well? Or is it per account? –ToxiBoi! (contribs) 08:25, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
