Oppose — Cluttery image (foreground) of essentially monobloc architecture that I don't think would draw much interest from English readers. - Assumptions regarding English readers interest should be completely irrelevant for assessing image quality and encyclopedic relevance imo. The building is architecturally relevant (regardless of what one thinks about East German Modernism), and a landmark in Berlin.
