Wikipedia:Featured sound candidates/Symphony No. 4 (Mendelssohn)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One of the rare free recordings of a complete symphony, performed by the semi-professional Skidmore College Orchestra [1]. Except for the 1st movement, the level of performance is astonishingly high.

What would you think of promoting just the second and/or third movement as a "sampling" of the symphony? Shoemaker's Holiday (talk) 19:30, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'd rather not, since if we have a complete version, we have to judge it in its entirety. It wouldn't be fair. --Vejvančický (talk) 20:40, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose I agree with Vejvančický. Zginder 2009-04-19T19:53Z (UTC)
