Delete. First of all, it is not a copy of Image:Thorpe.backstroke.jpg, but rather a lossless PNG version (meaning it can be edited, if need be, without a loss of quality) and has been cropped so it doesn't include that single-pixel black border. However, I see now that Image:Thorpe.backstroke.jpg is in possible copyvio so there is no reason to keep either.
