Keep: I don't know about this one.... As far as the incorrect license goes, it can be argued that the TV screenshot fair use rationale is the "best-fit" for a web broadcast. But either way, that seems like an easily fixable mistake, as well as a very honest mistake made by an experienced editor. As far as "Wikipedia is not gaming fair use magazine [sic]" goes, the section of the article in which the photo is included seems to give a comprehensive description of the game release shown in the image. Seems like it is being used for identification and critical commentary of the broadcast and its contents. -Seidenstud 06:47, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Keep: as per above - plus the fact that this image is being repeatedly deleted without explanation by an unregistered IP with little or no other edits to their name. Ciao_90 (whose previous edits are all PS3-related - hinting to a possibly anti-Microsoft agenda) claims its a copyright violation but doesn't say whose copyright it is violating. But the main point is - press conferences aren't copyrighted - THAT'S WHY THEY ARE PRESS CONFERENCES Yeanold Viskersenn 10:24, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Strong Keep - It seems to me like the only real problem here is it being unencyclopedic - all the other reasons are either a.) tiny or can b.) be fixed. Even the unencyclopedic one is arguable - look at the reasons above! HawkerTyphoon 18:11, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

" Licenses which restrict the use of the media to non-profit or educational purposes only (i.e. noncommercial use only), or are given permission to only appear on Wikipedia, are not free enough for Wikipedia's usages or goals and will be deleted." -Nv8200p talk
