  • It is idiotic posts like yours that have driven so many of us away from this site in sheer frustation. It is the coat of arms of someone who calls himself "Pope Pius XIII" and is called that by his supporters in the sedevacatist true Catholic Church. If you have BOTHERED to check you would have known that. The link page on "Pius XIII" explicitly says who he is. The image uses the title in that form because it is shorter than the guy's actual name and the article about him was once at that name. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that as the coat of arms is different to Pope Pius XII's they clearly aren't his, or Pius XI, or Pius X's, etc. And so it must be the guy who dubiously calls himself "Pius XIII" and is named on the page called . . .   • Judging by the quality and composure of the photograph, which appears to be a professionally-made promotional photograph, it is doubtful that this editor, who has made few edits and uploaded no such similar photographs, is the copyright holder of this image. I'm getting a 404 Forbidden on that link, but anyway, its a simple request. I really don't understand the refusal to comply: If you got it from a web, supply a URL. If you scanned it from a book supply the title and page (or preferably include an photo credits it might have supplied).   • Comment The only real issue here is identifying when it was taken. Given the ship was de-commissioned by the RCN in '57, if the image was taken prior to that then this image falls under criteria 1 or {{PD-Canada}}, being under Crown copyright originally.  –  ornis⚙ 06:51, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
