    • Delete - Userboxes are templates for use on user space pages, and as such may not have non-free images per WP:NFCC#9.   • The given fair use rationale fails to meet the demands of the license template used. It is simply not true that "No free alternative could be created to illustrate the topic in question", the Arctic Monkeys still exist and are a very active band.   • This is obviously an official promo photo, which can be found elsewhere on the web in different versions, e.g. in this 1998 magazine article, on the Rolling Stone web site [1] or here.   • Claims to be a self-taken image, yet the image lacks metadata and other specific information about where/when the image was taken. Almost all of the uploader's previous image uploads have been deleted due to reasons such as copyright violations, lacking source info, etc. according to the uploader's log.
