Change Infobox civil conflict to infobox civilian attack[edit]

This isn’t a protest or battle it’s about a human right’s violation so I suggest the Infobox civil conflict be changed to Infobox civilian attack or the Infobox civil conflict be removed completely

So I suggest something like this:
