I'm not so sure about the rule S0091 is citing. Honestly, I'm only a moderately experienced editor and this is a bit out of my knowledge area. Maybe @CommunityNotesContributor could provide some guidance on this situation. Is it okay for someone that meets the extended confirmed status to edit this and continue to resubmit the draft? Or if CommunityNotesContributor can submit a review of what should be fixed to make it ready to move out of draft that would be super helpful too. RayScript (talk) 11:59, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

The rule S0091 is citing is in reference to WP:GNG and WP:SIGCOV, by the looks of it that shouldn't be an issue but would need to look into it further (unfortunately my Dutch is very limited though). Anyone can edit a draft per WP:DRAFT, so if you are able to improve it I'd be happy to assist. I'll look at doing a review for you if you're willing to work on it. If you can bring it up to the standards of 2024 University of Amsterdam pro-Palestinian campus occupation it should have no problem. CommunityNotesContributor (talk) 12:52, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

To correct myself, the initial rejection was due to WP:ARBECR. So if you are an WP:XC then you can improve article and resubmit. CommunityNotesContributor (talk) 12:56, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
