The 1950 NCAA gymnastics championships were contested at the eighth annual NCAA-sanctioned gymnastics meet to determine the team and individual national champions of men's collegiate gymnastics among its member programs in the United States.[1]

These championships were contested at Gillis Field House at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.

Illinois finished on top of the team standings, earning the Fighting Illini a fifth team gymnastics title and first since 1942.

The individual all-around championship was again won by Joe Kotys from Kent State.
