The 1952 Grambling Tigers football team represented Grambling College (now known as Grambling State University) as a member of the Midwest Athletic Association (MAA) during the 1952 college football season. Led by 10th-year head coach Eddie Robinson, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 7–3–1 and a mark of 1–1–1 in conference play.
