The 2019–20 Liga IV Tulcea was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Tulcea, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 15 September 2019[1] and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania.

The season ended officially on 15 July 2020 after AJF Tulcea (County Football Association) concluding that the teams could not meet the medical conditions for matches at this level.[2] Pescărușul Sarichioi was crowned as champion.[3]

  1. ^ As the season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tulcea County champion, Pescărușul Sarichioi withdrew from the 2020–21 Liga III promotion play-off, due to the medical expenses needed to comply with the medical protocol.[4]
