The 2023–24 California Baptist Lancers women's basketball team represented California Baptist University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lancers, led by twelfth-year head coach Jarrod Olson, played their home games at the Fowler Events Center in Riverside, California as members of the Western Athletic Conference.

Previous season[edit]

The Lancers finished the 2022–23 season 22–13, 13–5 in WAC play to finish in third place. As a No. 4 seed in the WAC tournament they defeated Utah Tech in the quarterfinals and Stephen F. Austin in the semifinals before losing to Southern Utah in the championship game. They were invited to the WBI where they defeated North Dakota, Georgia Southern and New Mexico State to win the WBI.
