The 2023 Deans Trophy season was the 81st season of the Deans Trophy competition administered by the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union within the Fiji Rugby Union.

The 2023 Deans Trophy playoffs then began on dd mmm, and ended on 26 August with Queen Victoria School (QVS) defeating Natabua High School 24 - 15 in the Finals of the prestigious Under 18 (U-18) competition at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. Alipate Ratunagusu of QVS was awarded the best player of the match.
