The 2023 season is Thespakusatsu Gunma's 28th season in existence and the club's fourth consecutive season in the second division of Japanese football. In addition to the domestic league, Thespakusatsu Gunma will participate in this season's edition of the Emperor's Cup. This season is last name as Thespakusatsu Gunma for 2023 and rebranding to Thespa Gunma from 2024 season.
