The 2024–25 AFC Challenge League (ACGL) will be the inaugural edition of the AFC Challenge League, organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).[1] It will feature 20 teams.[2] It will be the first third-tier club competition to be held by the AFC since the AFC President's Cup, which was discontinued after the 2014 edition.

- ^ Turkmenistan (TKM): Arkadag, the 2023 Turkmenistan Cup winners, also won the league title and qualified for the Champions League 2. As a result, the 2023 Turkmenistan Cup runners-up, Ahal, qualified for the Challenge League group stage.
