Agustín Della Corte Bertoni (born 11 September 1997) is a Uruguay rugby union player who generally plays as a centre represents Uruguay internationally.[1] He was included in the Uruguayan squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup which is held in Japan for the first time and also marks his first World Cup appearance.[2]

Career[edit]

He made his international debut for Uruguay against Emerging Italy on 10 June 2017.[3]

He made his film debut playing the role of Antonio Vizintín in the 2023 survival thriller film Society of the Snow. It is based on the true story of the Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, where a group of Uruguayan rugby players survived an airplane crash in the Andes mountains.[4]
