Bafruiyeh District (Persian: بخش بفروئيه) is in Meybod County, Yazd province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Bafruiyeh.[3]

After the 2011 National Census, Bafruiyeh Rural District and the city of Bafruiyeh were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Bafruiyeh District, which was divided into two rural districts and the city.[3]

At the census in 2016, there were 10,837 inhabitants in 3,291 households.[2]
