BigID, Inc. is an American software company based in New York[2] that produces software for data security, compliance, privacy, and governance. The company sells software for managing sensitive and private data.[3][4]

BigID was founded by Dimitri Sirota and Nimrod Vax in 2016, and as at 2021, it was valued at $1.25 billion.[5]

BigID was established in 2016 with seed round funding of $2.1 million.[6][7][8]

A Forbes article listed the company as one of the top 100 cloud computing.[9] At the end of the year, the company had reached a valuation of one billion dollars.[5]

In 2021, Inc 5000 listed BigID as the 19th fastest growing private company in America.[10]
