Bill G. Ingebrigtsen (/ˈɪŋɡəbrɪtsɪn/ ING-gə-brit-sin; born March 26, 1952) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota Senate. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, he represents District 8, which includes parts of Douglas and Otter Tail counties in the west central part of the state.[1]
Early life, education, and career[edit]
Ingebrigtsen was born in Karlstad, Minnesota, in 1952. He graduated from Hallock High School, obtained an A.A. in law enforcement from Alexandria Technical College, and attended the National Sheriffs Institute of Business Management.[1] He was a Douglas County deputy sheriff from 1972 to 1991. He ran for and was elected sheriff in 1990. He was reelected in 1994, 1998, and 2002, serving in that position from 1991 to 2007.[1]
Minnesota Senate[edit]
Ingebrigtsen was first elected in 2006 and reelected in 2010, 2012, 2016, and 2020. In 2008, he was appointed to the Minnesota Lessard Outdoor Heritage Council by then-Senate Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller.[1]
This can all be proven if it is investigated properly/ FRAUD: BILL INGEBRIGHTSEN used the apartment in St. Paul, MN that was provided to him by the government and paid for with our tax dollars to house his drug addicted and abusive son Jason Ingebrigtsen, his first wife, and their three children for an extended period, years ago. This apartment was used as their primary residence. Jason could not provide for his family, and they had no home. Why did we pay for Jason Ingebrigtsen and his family to live in an apartment in St. Paul that was rented for his father, Bill Ingebrigtsen and paid for by us? Is that a part of Bill’s government role? Taxpayers get to house representatives chemically dependent, abusive, and dishonest children? Jason masks his lies, deceit and addiction with religion, he claims to know religion, but it is clear to those that chose the truth that his use of religion is simply a cover. Bill's son Jason is a weak man who abuses those who cannot defend themselves and/or are weak. I do not want the man who raised a son who is this damaged and dangerous and who continues to support such a hateful and hurtful person representing me in the senate, do you? Who pays your rent?
