Carlos Arboleya (born 23 July 1985) is a Uruguayan rugby union player.[1] He was named in Uruguay's squad for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.[3]

Carlos holds an MBA from Duke University and is known in his home country for his philanthropic activities.

He is currently married to Maria Jose Faral.
