The EVH1 domain or enabled/VASP homology 1 is a protein domain or protein module of ~115 amino acids found in a number of scaffolding proteins that mediate the assembly of multiprotein complexes involved in control of the actin cytoskeleton or in signal transduction in postsynaptic compartments.
