As for non-Dutch photographers, they are listed if they have done a substantial amount of work in the Netherlands (at a minimum, one book devoted to the Netherlands) or if their work in the Netherlands was of unusual historical or other significance. Non-Dutch photographers who have merely made short visits to the Netherlands and had miscellaneous photographs published should not be specified below.
