Category change explained[edit]
I have removed this category from Category:17th-century Anglican bishops. This is for two reasons. Firstly it relates to the 16th rather than the 17th century. Secondly, while there were links between the Church of Scotland and the Church of England at periods in the 17th century (and at times fairly strong ones), it is much more difficult to describe the Church of Scotland, even with bishops, as being Anglican at any point in the 16th century.
