This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because the category was emptied by removing the article Ramón Mercader from the category. He assasinated Trotsky in Mexico in 1940 (ordered by Stalin?) which I think counts as a crime / murder, and for which he was sent to prison. Hugo999 (talk) 05:00, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This category should not be speedily deleted as being unpopulated, because (as I have already pointed out) the category was populated by the murder of Trotsky in Mexico by a Soviet agent (who was imprisoned) until the category was removed from those articles.
