Yes, they should, but most Scots and Welsh refuse to use the term "British" despite the fact that that is their nationality, so they edit accordingly. Calling someone Englsih, Scottish or Welsh is akin to calling someone Californian and not American. 86.17.211.191 19:17, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
