Positive and negative?[edit]

Here, peacock terms is used for text that claims some enhanced positive quality while not substantiating the claim. Isn't it also needed for the reverse, when an editor claims an enhanced negative quality withought substantiating the claim. For instance writing that:

This is the most controversial part of the methodology
