Regarding: "User:Latintooth/Intelligence Subnet Theory" ... although I'm not a true expert in philosophy, I've read enough to say this recently conceived "Intelligence Subnet Theory" seems hardly worthy of a standalone top level category alongside Methaphysics, Logic, Ethics, etc. At best it should be demoted to a lower level categorization. -RF Oct 2010 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.206.216.191 (talk) 00:09, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Philosophy[edit]

I'm sorry, but since when is Philosophy a type of Science. More likely the other way around:-)--SteveMtl 06:02, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding Philosophy a type of Science. here is images of the original branches of knowledge. Here is the original http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/58/ENC_SYSTEME_FIGURE.jpeg and it translated in to English http://quod.lib.umich.edu/d/did/graphics/tree.png

There is no "official" or "accepted" main branches of philosophy. There is how ever main areas studied with-in the academia. Now if some one is willing to provide tangible sources through either primary or secondary literature that will prove this statement wrong then step forward.
