Similar to my point on Category talk:British comedy television series by decade I think this should be removed as other than the current sub-categories it is difficult to see what else could now be added to this category (until 2020). A 1940s category would have very few articles (even more so a 1930s one) making them somewhat pointless. Again I would also suggest making this a container category.
