Please don't chage the importance rating from mid. I know it's "not recommended". I haven't actually read anything on setting importance ratings of categories. It will be changed to NA when I'm done with this category. I'm trying to get all the Canadian music category pages assigned to the Canadian music group. This is a category, not a content page. As long as it is in the right super-categories, all work on it is finished. It does not need an importance rating. I put a notice on the WikiProject's page regarding this category.
