query from 2008[edit]

Hello, I am trying to identify a traditional folk dress which come is a dance troupe (traditional folk dancing).

It is pure white with royal blue embroidering. The embroidery consists similiar to hungarian with the cut out detail around the edges. The traditional dress outfit consist of approx 6 to 8 pieces and has vest, apron, overcoat, skirt etc. There are also blue flower type appliques similar to a rose (best description). I have searched for many hours and am unable to identify.

Can someone please help who has knowledge of international dancing troupes who participate is traditional folk dance for their country and region.
