Name not quite right[edit]

I like the idea of this category but the name isn't exactly right. A city is a political and legal entity which is seldom divided but may well run into a similarly name (or differently names) village/city next to it. Cities aren't villages. The name is causing confusion. It needs renaming or qualifying remarks maybe.

Just because two areas grow towards each other, are they then "divided?" But we don't consider Worchester and Boston "divided cities" though both may be separate and grew towards each other.
