This whole class of entries is unclear and unnecessary.

It's unclear because it doesn't specify what versions of D&D it's talking about. Unless there have been some fairly recent changes I don't know about, this isn't, strictly speaking, about 'Dungeons & Dragons' at all, but rather about 'Advanced Dungeons & Dragons.' It's probably about 3rd edition, or to the extent that it's different, Edition 3.5

It's also absurdly detailed for an encyclopedia - this isn't supposed to be a game manual. The AD&D entry should be able to talk about classes without having distinct entries for each one.
