This category is trite to say the least. Is it really needed? The border's never been a boundary to migration. It's no less meaningless than a "Yorkshire people of Wessex descent" C'mon! Enzedbrit (talk) 14:39, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What does that have to with the fact that this category is for English citizens of Scottish heritage, whether their heritage be from the Borders or the Isle of Skye. The border between Scotland and England is a distinct area and actually has affected migration between the regions, especially in pre-Industrial times. 173.238.69.86 (talk) 16:17, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
