People are not disorders.[edit]

The people categorized in this category need to be removed; I'm posting this note to give some notice so that if it's essential they have a category relationship (other than the link in their articles to this topic) that a new and appropriate category be established (e.g., "People with factitious disorders"). I can't assess whether it's an appropriate category or not, so I'm not going to create it. --Lquilter (talk) 08:46, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct, but if the article on the person details a case of factitious disorder, they can be listed. a better category would be Category:Victims of factitious disorder for the targets of the disorder.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 01:20, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
