{{WP SCOTUS}} has a {{{flagged}}} parameter for people to mark pages as needing attention from the SCOTUS WikiProject. And Template:Infobox SCOTUS case has some magic inside it to put articles in the category automatically if certain criteria are met. --MZMcBride (talk) 01:57, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
