I have removed Tayabas as a former province as it is not a former province but rather the former name of the Quezon province. Based on NSCB PSGC update notes, a province does not become defunct simply because it has lost territory. Nor does it imply a province becomes defunct simply because it has changed its name. Infact, NSCB PSGC update notes even use the renaming of Tayabas to Quezon as an example of how a renamed province retains its PSGC code (and by that definition, remains the same political unit).
