Vincent Guérin[edit]

Should Vincent Guérin be included in this category? Although he was suspended initially by the FFF, this punishment was overturned by the French Courts on the grounds that the doping tests were carried out incorrectly. See here. As the whole process was thus deemed "void", and Guérin did not serve any suspension and continues to publicly deny any wrong-doing, I'm not sure he meets any of the 4 criteria for inclusion.
