Untitled[edit]

I have been seeking some one or somewhere to locate a historical house that I lived in as a child yr 1932-38 on Hills street between sunset Blvd and alpine street. It was a 2 story with a long porch with a downstairs cellar, next door to to Mother Cabrini covent on Hill street (no longer there /condos have replaced the covent) the home sat on top of the hill overlooking the City and china town, below the hill was Ord street. The house has been long gone where?? was it demolished ?? I do know that as a child growing up artist went to the hill by our house set up thier paint easels and painted the house and landscape surrounding the area , the view was a great vantage point. What ever happen to our home?? Are ther any pictures of it ?? My both parents are deceased so I have no where to go for any information regaring our old home. Many years later as a grown women I revisted my childhood place the house was gone just the empty land and the dirt path trail leading down the hill to Ord street and china town was left, and still there today. Our home sat back from Hill street it faced Ord Street below. I attended Castelar Elementary school. If per chance you know of our home or and information regarding it , I would appreciate knowing. I know that the home and area was painted many times by artist. Thank you Celia T. Garcia de Ceniceros
